We are looking for a technically and practically skilled project manager who enjoys combining structure, operational responsibility, and clear impact. This part-time (50%) assignment is on-site with a leading player in medical technology production in Mjölby. You will have the opportunity to lead projects that directly contribute to quality and patient safety.
Main requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical project management
  • Ability to independently drive smaller projects from start to finish
  • Practical, solution-oriented and unpretentious approach to work
  • Experience from technically oriented environments such as manufacturing, industry or Life Science
  • Good communication skills and experience collaborating closely with technical, production, and other functions
Responsibilities:
  • Drive and coordinate several smaller technical projects simultaneously
  • Manage project schedules and timelines, push activities forward, and follow up on action points
  • Provide operational support when necessary to ensure projects reach completion
Required hard skills:
  • Technical project management
  • Ability to independently manage projects
  • Experience in regulated and quality-focused environments
