ERP Specialist

We are looking for an experienced ERP Specialist to strengthen our team at CTC. The role focuses on optimizing our business processes and maximizing the use of our M3 ERP system. Join us to play a key role in developing and coordinating our M3 ERP system, improving and developing modules, and contributing to business process improvements and requirements definition.
Main requirements:
  • Deep experience working with the M3 ERP system, particularly in specific modules.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst is a merit.
  • Strong ability to coordinate and lead development projects.
  • Structured, goal-oriented, with the ability to build consensus.
  • Experience using Jira for requirements definition and project management.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and develop the M3 ERP system.
  • Perform advanced configurations and technical tasks within M3.
  • Collaborate with an external vendor managing the AMS agreement, including requirements definition via Jira.
  • Act as a link between different departments to ensure effective implementation of development needs and improvements.
  • Assess and challenge time estimates from third parties to ensure reasonableness and quality.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the business.
Required hard skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of M3 ERP system configurations and modules.
  • Project coordination and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Jira for requirements management and project tracking.
