Lead the Cyber Security Architecture team within H&M Group's new Tech Centre, driving strategy, team development, and secure technology initiatives to protect customers, colleagues, and company assets.
Main requirements:
- Experience in multiple cyber security areas such as Device security, Application security, Data security, Cloud security, Network security, Secure development, and IAM.
- Leadership experience managing a senior team with up to seven direct reports.
- Proven ability in KPI and OKR driven deliveries and aligning with other organizational units.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities of the Cyber Security Architecture team to ensure operational and performance objectives are met.
- Lead team budgeting, planning, and roadmap initiatives.
- Cultivate professional development within the team to maintain relevant skills and qualifications.
- Contribute to Cyber Security strategy and ensure team alignment to it.
- Analyze, design, develop, and maintain security capability roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement and simplification to enhance business value and reduce total cost of ownership.
- Develop control mechanisms to manage Cyber risks aligning with business risk appetite.
- Facilitate complex technical topics and collaborate across functions for comprehensive consultation.
Required hard skills:
- Knowledge across cyber security domains: Device, Application, Data, Cloud, Network security, Secure development, IAM.
- Experience in information security in international and diverse environments.
- Structured approach to KPI and OKR driven project delivery.
- Cyber security risk management and control development.
Recommended hard skills:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTia Security+, Identity Management Institute (IMI) certifications.
