As a Project Manager in Digital Development and Innovation at Region Dalarna, you will play a key role in digitalizing an important societal actor. You will be part of a committed team driving digital transformation to support sustainable development in the region. You will work within the Medical Technology and IT department, responsible for medical technology products and IT operations for Region Dalarna.
Main requirements:
  • Academic degree at least at university level in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Systems Science or IT, or equivalent knowledge obtained otherwise
  • Practical experience as project manager, technical project manager, business developer, or change leader
  • Several years of experience leading others
  • Very structured working method and good experience working goal-oriented
  • Good proficiency in Swedish language in both speech and writing
  • Experience working in large and/or complex organizations
Responsibilities:
  • Lead digital development projects in Region Dalarna's Medical Technology and IT department
  • Work closely with teams to introduce digital solutions that support business development
  • Contribute to the digital transformation of a public sector organization
  • Manage and coordinate projects to meet objectives and deliver results
Required hard skills:
  • Project management experience

  • Proficiency in Swedish language
