Main requirements:
  • Academic education in IT, technology or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years proven experience managing IT projects, preferably in a consulting role
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban or similar
  • Experience with project tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project or equivalents
  • Structured working method and strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, system integrations, and digital development
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, drive and deliver IT projects in sometimes complex environments at client sites
  • Create and follow up project schedules and delivery plans
  • Identify and manage project resources, roles and workflows
  • Collaborate with developers, technical specialists and business owners
  • Ensure quality communication with stakeholders, end users and clients
  • Identify and minimize technical and business-related risks
  • Monitor results and provide status reports to management and project owners
