Production Technician for Manufacturing Industry

Develop production at an export-oriented manufacturer in Upplands Väsby. Join a technology-driven company with almost all production in-house. In this important role, you will optimize manufacturing processes, drive improvements, and ensure effective and safe working methods as part of an experienced team working closely with operators and technicians.
Main requirements:
- Post-secondary education in production technology
- At least two years of experience in manufacturing or engineering industry
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Experience with ERP/MPS systems
- Proficient in MS Office
- Electrical technical competence preferred
- Knowledge of automation, logical troubleshooting, and LEAN methodologies
- Communicative, structured, and collaborative personality
- Initiative-taking and capable of coordinating and driving improvement work
Responsibilities:
- Identify and drive production-technical improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency
- Review and develop work methods, processes, and instructions
- Support deviation handling and complaints management
- Participate in selection of manufacturing methods and update drawing documentation
- Organize preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibrations
- Lead improvement projects and contribute to the development of routines and working methods
