The ideal candidate wants to enhance quality across the entire development chain, has recent interest and experience in test automation, security, and CI/CD integrated with fast delivery and high reliability. Collaboration across team boundaries, coaching others, and building sustainable technical and organizational solutions are key aspects of the role. Knowledge of test automation, secure development, pipeline building, and curiosity about AI applications in quality is a plus.
