We are looking for a seasoned SAP Consultant to join Infosys Technologies Sweden AB as Principal for Enterprise Applications. The role involves leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and global deployments, focusing on solution architecture in Supply Chain and end-to-end business process integration. The position offers an opportunity to work on pioneering enterprise solutions and digital transformation initiatives while leading and mentoring a team of experts.
Main requirements:
  • Rich experience in transformation programs and global deployments with SAP S/4HANA
  • Ability to generate leads and co-create new business models and processes
  • Capability to synthesize end-to-end processes across functions such as planning, sales, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, plant maintenance, and customer service
  • Building solution roadmaps leveraging SAP best practices and products including SAP S/4HANA, SaaS LoB, SFDC
  • Identifying digitization and automation opportunities using AI, Blockchain, IoT, RPA
  • Participating in assessments, workshops, and due diligences
  • Guiding customers in building business cases for transformation initiatives
  • Engaging directly with business stakeholders including C-level executives
  • Realizing business blueprints, proofs of concept, transformation plans, and change management content
  • Facilitating large workshops and guiding clients to identify solution visions and requirements
  • Delivering SAP S/4HANA MVPs, templates, pilots and obtaining business buy-ins
  • Participating in product roadmap discussions with partners such as SAP and Microsoft
  • Providing independent expert advice to customers based on experience and product roadmaps
  • Mentoring and leading a team of experts with hands-on leadership
Responsibilities:
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and global deployments
  • Develop and architect enterprise supply chain solutions
  • Engage with clients to deliver consulting-based ideas and build transformational roadmaps
  • Collaborate with clients to co-create advanced business models and processes
  • Drive digitization initiatives leveraging emerging technologies
  • Conduct workshops, assessments, and prepare transformation documentation
  • Support business case development and change management
  • Manage stakeholder relationships from C-level executives to SAP Super Users
  • Deliver high-quality SAP solutions with customer acceptance
  • Participate in strategic product and partnership discussions
  • Lead, mentor, and support team members
Required hard skills:
  • Extensive SAP consulting experience (14+ years)
  • Deep functional expertise in SAP modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales) or technical skills (ABAP, UI5, Integration, Security, Basis)
  • IT and SAP architecture knowledge
  • End-to-end project experience (minimum 5 projects) including architect or lead roles
  • Experience with Greenfield, Brownfield or hybrid SAP projects
  • Transformation preparation and phase 0 experience
  • SAP toolchain usage or administration experience
  • Valid SAP certification(s)
Recommended hard skills:
  • Exposure to multiple SAP modules and skill areas
  • Experience in SAP Sales and service delivery

  • Publications in industry or skill area
  • Additional experience with other technologies like Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft products
