Second Line Support Technician

Centric is seeking a support technician with at least 5 years of experience who has a genuine interest in service and enjoys helping customers with their IT problems through various channels. The role is for a customer in Linköping to strengthen their second line support team. Ideal candidates have a passion for IT and technology along with good pedagogical skills.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in IT support
  • Genuine interest in IT and technology

  • Experience working in ticketing systems
  • At least 2 years experience in end-user support
  • Experience with Microsoft environments
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge of infrastructure, servers, networks, SCCM, databases

  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Swedish citizenship may be required due to possible security classification
