A role combining technical expertise and customer interaction to deliver solutions within PSIM, IBMS, and fire detection, supporting a growing business in Europe.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of presales experience within PSIM and/or IBMS, experience with fire alarms is a plus
  • Ability to clearly and engagingly explain technical solutions in Swedish and English
  • Experience delivering presentations and training sessions
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Nordic countries
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the technical contact person for customers in the Nordic region
  • Provide technical support during customer meetings, needs analysis, and site visits
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and specialists to develop suitable solutions, ensure product fit and discover new opportunities
  • Deliver training to customers via Telefire's academy
  • Demonstrate products and solutions through presentations, workshops, and demonstrations
  • Create clear solution descriptions and quotation materials based on customer needs
Required hard skills:
  • Presales experience in PSIM and/or IBMS
  • Technical knowledge of integrated security systems
  • Experience with customer training and presentations
