Experienced Cobol developer sought to join an agile team focused on innovation and collaboration, working with mainframe systems integration.
Main requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in solution development on mainframe/zOS.
  • Strong expertise in Cobol and mainframe tools like Easytrieve, JCL, DB2, Fault Analyzer.
  • Experience with iCobol, DB2/SQL, JCL, and IDz.
  • Ability to implement both short- and long-term system development strategies.
  • Experience in a technical leadership role supporting and driving the team's technical vision.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop new functionalities and maintain/support existing systems.
  • Drive own technical development.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and other development teams.
  • Explore and implement new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency.
  • Opportunity to learn modern systems and technologies outside mainframe as needed.
