Seeking an experienced and dedicated PAM specialist to join a focused and cohesive team working with security and access management, primarily handling Active Directory and Privileged Access Management (PAM) services both on-premises and in Azure, at locations in Stockholm, Linköping, or Gothenburg. The role involves development, management, automation, troubleshooting, and collaboration across teams to optimize and modernize security solutions.
Main requirements:
- Experience with Active Directory (AD) and PAM, preferably CyberArk or willingness to be trained on CyberArk.
- Strong skills in scripting and automation, mainly using PowerShell.
- Experience troubleshooting and solving problems in complex IT environments.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage AD and PAM services with focus on security and access management.
- Automate and script PAM ecosystem processes, for example with PowerShell.
- Design and implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) solutions to improve access control and governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including internal IT teams and security departments to ensure effective and secure solutions.
- Analyze and implement improvements to existing systems and workflows to enhance security and efficiency.
- Perform troubleshooting and incident management related to AD, PAM, and associated security solutions.
- Follow and apply best practices in IAM and security work and keep up-to-date with field developments.
