As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role supporting daily activities within the organization by providing first-line IT support, managing user access, maintaining internal systems, and facilitating smooth collaboration across departments to ensure security and order.
Main requirements:
  • Completed secondary education
  • Several years of work experience in IT service desk support
  • Good knowledge of computer handling, peripherals, and office software
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line IT support
  • Serve as a service function for the agency's personnel
  • Update internal systems with data from other authorities
  • Manage manual procedures for data transfer and printing
  • Handle card and access authorizations
  • Create documentation and user instructions
  • Support and manage client-proximate products
Required hard skills:
  • IT service desk experience
  • Computer and peripheral management
  • Office software proficiency
  • Swedish and English language skills
