Project Manager – a multifaceted role in a changing landscape. As a Project Manager at Fellowmind, you will work closely with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to exceed ambitions and help customers on their digitalization journey. The role involves leading projects with clear communication and progress management, supporting change management and continuous improvement. Fellowmind is Sweden's largest partner in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM with over 100 consultants, helping accelerate digital transformation using Microsoft cloud solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a project manager within ERP, either in a consulting organization or on the client side.
  • Coaching leadership style with the ability to elevate others' performance.
  • Structured and process-oriented with strong interest in business processes and flows.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and adapt to audiences both nationally and internationally.
  • Fluent in both English and Swedish.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain customer trust through good project progress, order, and clear communication.
  • Overall responsibility for project progress, follow-up, and results.
  • Coordinate with stream leads and solution architects providing planning and follow-up support.
  • Support the team to have the right conditions to perform their expertise and jointly steer towards the project goal.
  • Manage challenges related to resources, sub-projects, scope changes, and timelines while maintaining time, budget, and quality.
  • Drive long-term customer collaboration through change projects and continuous improvement after implementations.
Required hard skills:
  • Project management within ERP systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM or earlier versions such as F&O and AX preferred, or other ERP systems like NAV/Business Central, Jeeves, M3, Visma, IFS, SAP.
  • Agile project methodology.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with ISV/third-party solutions for ERP.
  • Knowledge of integrated platforms and cloud-based Microsoft solutions.
