Main requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Knowledge of Intune, MDM, and Azure Server environments
  • Experience in support work, preferably with external customers
  • Good proficiency in PowerShell and interest in automation
  • Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
  • Configure, manage, and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure Plan, and Azure Server solutions
  • Manage and develop Intune and MDM policies for client and device management
  • Perform remote support and troubleshooting both internally and externally
  • Provide broad IT support including Microsoft 365, Azure, computer management, printers, networks, and basic IT environment
  • Participate in technical projects and improve work methods, processes, and automation
  • Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for efficiency and automation
Required hard skills:
