Main requirements:
  • Creative and motivated to be at the forefront of technology regarding tools and concepts
  • Strong interest in Free and Open Source Software (FOSS), e.g. CNCF, LF, and follows relevant news and discussions
  • Daily Linux user for some years (from school, previous job or personal use)
  • Enjoys working as a team player in an efficient team to help customers create new opportunities
  • Education profile: Master of Science in Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Engineering with focus on Computer Science or Information Technology or other relevant university education in software development and IT infrastructure
  • Security clearance pass required as the role may involve defense secrecy
Responsibilities:
  • Participate as part of a team developing software solutions for data collection, data storage, analysis, automation, AI, and various visualizations
  • Work on projects in public sector, process industry, and Industry 4.0 with the goal to provide customers with deeper insight into their operations based on data to optimize processes
  • Develop modern and innovative systems that are future-proof for clients
  • Work with both infrastructure and application development across a broad and deep range of software technologies
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with Linux operating system
  • Knowledge of software development for data collection, storage, analysis, automation, AI and visualization
  • Proficiency with container and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
  • Experience with messaging and streaming tools like Kafka
  • Programming skills in TypeScript, Python, Java, Go
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with frameworks like Quarkus, Node.js, React
  • Familiarity with Open Source Communities such as CNCF
