We are looking for several technically interested individuals to join the technical support team in Karlstad. The role involves customer service, technical support, and simple administration with a focus on efficiency and customer orientation to assist technicians and contractors nationwide with accurate information. Initial employment is as a consultant via Cleverex Bemanning, with the potential to transition to the client company.
Main requirements:
- Completed secondary education
- Good computer skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Include a personal letter
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries via functional mailboxes
- Support contractors working in fiber networks with support cases
- Assist technicians with information and ensure quality in support systems
- Document cases and update registers
- Provide technical support to users and solve technical issues via phone or email
- Perform troubleshooting and guide users through problem-solving steps
- Update and maintain knowledge databases to facilitate support work
