Do you have experience with Dynamics 365 and/or AX2012, especially within supply chain management? Do you want to help our customers maximize the potential of their D365 solutions by challenging and guiding them? If you are a skilled communicator who wants to be a trusted digital advisor for your customers, you may be the one we are looking for.
Main requirements:
  • Approximately three years of experience implementing D365 and/or AX2012, with a focus on supply chain management.
  • Ability to understand tasks at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Preferably previous experience as a consultant.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, as these are the languages our customers communicate in.
  • Customer-focused, independent, and initiative-driven.
Responsibilities:
  • Help customers maximize the potential of their Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, understand their unique needs and align these with technical possibilities.
  • Advise customers throughout the entire implementation process, from consultation and inquiries to managing changes as the customer's business grows and develops.
  • Serve as the customer's "go-to person" to identify and solve their needs with innovative and effective D365 solutions.
  • Actively participate in global SME groups for knowledge sharing and learning.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and/or AX2012, especially within supply chain management.
  • Consulting skills in technology implementation.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 latest releases and features.
