ITIL Specialist

We are looking for an ITIL Specialist to join our client's Operational Service Management team in Linköping. The role involves owning the adherence to processes, ensuring well-documented procedures, continuous improvement, training colleagues on the company's work methods, and operational follow-up. The position requires strong collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently and drive your own work forward.
Main requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience of IT Service Management processes (e.g., incidents, problems, changes)
  • General IT knowledge with good technical understanding (not necessarily deep)
  • Professional and driven
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Confidence speaking in groups (CAB meetings and other forums)
  • Leadership ability
  • Team player with good collaboration skills
  • Service-oriented
  • ITIL certification (preferably ITIL 4, but not mandatory)
  • Preferably experience with Major Incident Management
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
Responsibilities:
  • Process and procedure ownership
  • Develop and improve processes
  • Create training materials and conduct training
  • Follow up on procedure compliance
  • Create reports and dashboards
  • Follow up on service delivery
  • Conduct issue analyses and identify trends
  • Handle escalations
  • Major Incident Management
