We are seeking an IT Technician passionate about IT and skilled in solving technical problems. This role offers varied and dynamic work where you can make a real difference for the organization and its employees.
Main requirements:
  • Documented experience in IT support work.
  • Installation, troubleshooting, and general management of PCs, Windows, Office 365 and related technologies.
  • Providing user support via multiple channels: phone, onsite, and remote desktop.
  • Leading daily operations within an IT support team, including planning and coordination.
  • Experience with Active Directory, EntraID, and Intune.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows and installed applications.
  • Manage and package applications using SCCM and MSI.
  • Administer iOS devices, including phones, subscriptions, accessories, and device management with Intune.
  • Work with thin clients and KVM solutions.
  • Use ticketing systems for effective support.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and other virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Work with AV technology for meeting rooms.
  • Provide support via phone, remote control, and on-site visits.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to improve workflows and processes.
