Main requirements:
  • Higher education in IT or equivalent experience as IT technician
  • Experience with issue tracking systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent
  • Very good written and spoken Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
