Main requirements:
- University degree or equivalent in IT, medical technology education or equivalent experience is a plus
- Experience and knowledge in IT-related medical technology
- Understanding of process purposes and structures, including risk identification
- Understanding healthcare environment and equipment impact on operations and patient safety
- Ability to provide verbal and written guidance and support
- Strong computer skills, especially with inventory, quality, and business systems
- Experience collaborating with sales to achieve customer goals
- Experience in process-driven and methodical work in industrial production
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop software solutions for customers
- Install and validate equipment at customer sites with sales team
- Provide technical support to external and internal customers
- Assist with technical product training for internal and external customers
- Coordinate technical equipment flow and maintain logs for rental, loan, and sold products
- Provide input on service agreements and pricing for technical equipment
- Contribute to healthcare personnel training on equipment usage
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
