Our client in Södermanland is seeking service desk technicians and on-site technicians. The client handles all types of cases related to healthcare systems, IT, or telephony including incident reports, orders, user support, inquiries, requests, and access management. This ad is for a recurring need, so we continuously seek competent employees for the IT support role. Assignments take place on-site in Eskilstuna or Nyköping. Responsibilities include supporting customers mainly via phone, troubleshooting and solving technical problems independently, customizing computer and program installations to meet company needs. You'll work with Windows OS support, standard applications, and daily user support through phone and ticket systems.
Successful candidates enjoy customer interaction, excel at problem-solving, have good communication skills with customers and colleagues, are self-driven, flexible, and analytical in troubleshooting. Broad IT interest and motivation to develop new skills are expected. You should be a team player who enjoys dynamic environments.
Requirements: Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID; knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Citrix; experience in incident management, phone support, and remote support tools; fluent in Swedish and English; B driver's license.
Preferred: IT education.
Work hours are Monday to Friday with two shifts (7-16 or 8-17), subject to change. We emphasize personal qualities.
