  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • Experience working with ticketing systems, e.g., EasitGO
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written
  • References from two similar assignments within the last 3 years in IT support or customer service
Responsibilities:
  • Handle, resolve and follow up IT-related tickets escalated from first line support
  • Communicate with users via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Install hardware and software
  • Specify documentation requirements to facilitate issue handling
  • Collaborate closely with other IT departments
  • Act as backup to first line when needed
  • Troubleshoot and solve IT problems
  • Administer IT environments including user accounts, permissions, and print queues
Required hard skills:
  • IT-related upper secondary education or equivalent
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as EasitGO
  • Knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar suite
  • Experience in IT support within government agencies
