We are looking for a service-oriented problem solver with a passion for IT and people to join as an IT Support Technician and be a key player in an engaged support team.
Main requirements:
  • Previous experience in user support, customer service or IT support
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow or similar incident management systems
  • Communicative, meticulous and solution-oriented
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Bonus if you have experience from retail
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support via phone, email, portal and chat
  • Troubleshoot, guide and resolve incidents
  • Contribute to process development and team growth
