Seeking an experienced IT support professional looking to grow in a proactive company. The role involves providing high-class service to Elovade's customers through troubleshooting, software issue resolution, and technical support primarily via phone and email. Position based in Årsta, closely collaborating with the tech team and sales department.
Main requirements:
- Completed secondary education, preferably technical focused
- Several years of experience in the IT industry in roles such as 2nd line support, IT support, operations technician, or equivalent
- Experience supporting corporate customers
- Fluent in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class support to Elovade's customers via phone and email
- Troubleshoot software problems, error messages, and technical issues
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in tech team, sales department, and other organizational units
- Eventually take ownership of more complex cases, educate customers on solutions, and broaden product portfolio
Required hard skills:
- Good system knowledge
- Experience supporting business customers
- Fluent Swedish and English
Recommended hard skills:
- Post-secondary education in technical field
- Knowledge or experience in SQL (preferably MS-SQL, MySQL)
- Experience with Windows Server and networking
- Experience with scripting/automation using PowerShell
