Sopra Steria, Europe's leading ServiceNow and digital transformation consultancy, seeks an experienced Platform Architect for ServiceNow to design, implement, and optimize the ServiceNow platform for clients. This full-time role involves strategic and technical leadership, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable architecture tailored to business needs. Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in an architect role
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality, modules, and integration capabilities
  • Experience designing scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions
  • Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile methodologies
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and guide customers and development teams
  • Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow platform architecture to meet business and technical requirements
  • Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and sustainable over time
  • Act as a technical advisor for clients and internal teams regarding platform best practices
  • Lead and participate in technical workshops and requirements gathering with clients
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize platform performance and functionality
  • Ensure ServiceNow configuration and development follow established standards and guidelines
