Main requirements:
  • Experience in IT support roles.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily IT support issues involving hardware, software, networks, telephony, and conference rooms.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new employees regarding technical equipment such as computers, phones, licenses, and access cards.
  • Participate in projects and technical updates.
  • Manage orders and interaction with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues proactively to resolve technical challenges and improve internal processes.
