Main requirements:
- Experience in IT support roles.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and cloud services.

Responsibilities:
- Handle daily IT support issues involving hardware, software, networks, telephony, and conference rooms.
- Manage onboarding processes for new employees regarding technical equipment such as computers, phones, licenses, and access cards.
- Participate in projects and technical updates.
- Manage orders and interaction with suppliers.
- Collaborate with colleagues proactively to resolve technical challenges and improve internal processes.
