IT Support Engineer

Experienced IT Support Engineer role providing both onsite and remote technical support using deep knowledge of Windows, MacOS, M365, network, and hardware. Supporting standard users and VIPs including meeting rooms and AV solutions.
Main requirements:
- 3–5 years experience as an IT support technician or technical support engineer
- Post-secondary education in IT, computer science or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS and computer hardware
- Experience with SCCM deployment, Active Directory, and Azure portal
- Understanding of web services, APIs, and IP-based protocols
- Experience troubleshooting networks and M365 services
- Good troubleshooting skills in Teams and Outlook configurations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking, prioritization, and effective time management skills
- Good teamwork skills and a service-oriented attitude
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test desktop applications
- Provide support for Windows 10/11 and Mac OS
- Receive and manage IT support tickets from customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, network, and hardware issues onsite or via remote support
- Provide meeting room support, AV support, VIP support, and handle printing solutions
- Troubleshoot and reset passwords in Active Directory
- Manage Azure portal and support multifactor authentication (MFA)
- Work with M365 services including Teams and Outlook configurations
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
- Participate in SCCM deployments and hardware support
- Deliver high-quality service and communicate clearly with users
