Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant IT field or equivalent education/experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a technical IT role, preferably in a team environment
  • Experience with IT support tools, preferably ServiceNow
  • Basic understanding of IT architecture including networks, servers, switches, ISP, and DNS
  • Experience installing, operating, and troubleshooting workstations, printers, servers, storage, and backup solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with structured and organized work approach
  • Ability to collaborate in teams and work independently
  • Fluent in Swedish and good command of English, both oral and written
  • Driving license
Responsibilities:
  • Provide deskside support for computers, printers, network accounts, and access management
  • Participate in onboarding and training new employees and suppliers
  • Assist users in resolving advanced technical issues by investigating and managing support cases
  • Install, maintain, and provide Tier 2 support for hardware and software
  • Deliver first and second line support related to servers, firewalls, switches, network circuits, endpoints, and Wi-Fi
  • Troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime
  • Document, track, and monitor IT issues to ensure fast and effective solutions
  • Promote compliance with IT security policies, standards, laws, and regulations
