A service-oriented IT specialist who acts as the link between technology and users, ensuring that digital products and services function seamlessly to improve everyday life for everyone.
Main requirements:
  • Good understanding of end-user needs, business processes, digital products, and platforms.
  • General knowledge of relevant technical standards, trends, and innovations.
  • General knowledge of IT Service Management, processes, tools, routines, and guidelines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the company's IT policy, guidelines, principles, and information security and their daily application.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance concepts related to procurement and lifecycle management of IT assets.
  • General knowledge of the digital landscape (central and in different countries) and its support to business operations.
  • General knowledge of the company's IT infrastructure standards and environment.
  • General understanding of the business impact of service requests and incidents per country.
  • Basic knowledge of project and change management.
Required hard skills:
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and tools
  • Understanding of IT policies, information security, and application in daily operations
  • Basic accounting and finance knowledge related to IT procurement and lifecycle management
  • Project and change management basics
