Responsible for providing support within IT tools and digital meeting solutions for the Government Offices of Sweden, acting as a key contact for internal support cases primarily handled via phone, web forms, and email. The role includes handling and escalating support cases, maintaining and updating organizational knowledge support, and occasionally providing extended support services to political leadership and critical processes.
Main requirements:
- Completed secondary education with passing grades
- Current work experience involving direct customer contact via telephone or face-to-face
- Good knowledge of Office 365
- Good knowledge of different types of mobile devices
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle support cases primarily via telephone, also via web forms and email
- Register, complement, prioritize, and provide feedback on support cases
- Resolve most support cases at first contact
- Carefully escalate support cases to other parts of the administration when needed
- Contribute to developing and quality assuring solutions
- Update the organization's knowledge support
- Cooperate closely with other sections within the Contact Center
- Occasionally provide extended support to political leadership and critical business processes
Required hard skills:
- Office 365 proficiency
- Knowledge of mobile device types
- Experience with support functions
- MS Word (including templates) expertise
- Swedish language (spoken and written)
- English language (spoken and written)
Recommended hard skills:
- Relevant higher education or post-secondary education
- Support and/or Microsoft Office certifications
- Knowledge of AI, AI prompting, and AI assistants
- Knowledge of IT support for case management
