IT Project Manager

Experienced and committed IT Project Manager for a consulting assignment focusing on digitalization in healthcare and social care, responsible for driving and leading several implementation projects related to critical business systems over at least one year.
Main requirements:
  • Academic degree in Information Systems, Economics, or equivalent relevant education
  • At least four years documented experience leading IT projects (minimum 50% full-time)
  • Deep knowledge of digitalization in healthcare and social care
  • Practical experience with public procurement including good understanding of the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU)
  • Good insight into municipal operations and relevant regulations such as SoL, HSL, LSS, and the Municipal Act
  • Understanding of complex system landscapes and their impact on digital business solutions
  • Experience from at least one similar previous assignment with clear demonstration of roles and results
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute and follow up projects related to digital solutions in healthcare and social care
  • Lead and coordinate multiple projects including implementation of digital signing system and personal assistance, system support for planning, registration and follow-up, and scheduling system procurement and implementation
  • Define project goals and timelines aligned with organizational needs
  • Lead operational project work ensuring progress
  • Maintain continuous dialogue with all stakeholders to ensure effective coordination
  • Prioritize resources and tasks in consultation with project stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and report status to client
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards and agreed budgets
Required hard skills:
