We are looking for a driven IT Project Manager passionate about taking on new challenges and leading complex projects. Join MilDef Group's fast-growing IT department to drive digitalization, AI, and new technologies forward. As an IT Project Manager, you will own and lead IT projects end-to-end, focusing on budget, timeline, and results. You will be a key player representing IT in critical company projects, ensuring successful delivery across various locations and countries. The role requires bridging technology and business, translating strategy into action, collaborating closely with the business, and coordinating resources with clear governance.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project management within IT Operations and Business Applications.
  • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Experience working closely with both technical and business teams.
  • Genuine passion for digitalization, AI, and new technology.
  • Experience in change management and adapting communication to diverse target groups.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage IT projects from start to finish, focusing on budget, timeline, and results.
  • Represent IT in cross-company projects with significant business impact.
  • Collaborate with the business and coordinate resources with clear governance.
  • Act as a bridge between technology and business with the ability to translate strategy into action.
  • Ensure projects are conducted according to defined goals and requirements.
  • Contribute to digitalization and technology integration in IT projects.
  • Be a key player representing IT in the organization’s most critical projects, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
  • Drive both large and smaller IT projects closely aligned with the business.
  • Shape the future of IT by incorporating digitalization, AI, and new technology into projects.
