A technically skilled problem solver passionate about IT, working in an international environment within a global team focused on innovation and technical expertise in an automated production setting. Responsible for IT operations for the Swedish company with production in Anderstorp and sales office in Gothenburg, handling IT infrastructure support, ERP system usage, and continuous IT improvements.
Main requirements:
  • Several years experience in similar IT role, preferably in international company
  • Broad IT competence covering infrastructure, network, servers, business systems, hardware
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Capability to document and maintain IT infrastructure and collaborate with external vendors
  • Good command of English and Swedish in speech and writing
  • Independent with strong service orientation and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
  • Support IT infrastructure including network, servers, computers, monitors, printers, software and telephony
  • Ensure local adherence to corporate IT processes and standards
  • Act as local Master User for MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP system
  • Collaborate with Key Users locally and specialists internationally
  • Drive continuous IT improvement initiatives within the local IT environment
  • Work mainly based in Anderstorp with some visits to Gothenburg sales office
  • Report to IT Business Partner Manager EMEA based in UK
