Main requirements:
- Higher education in IT and/or medical technology or equivalent competence
- Experience with system administration, IT technical support, and IT development
- Strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Ability to take initiative, responsibility, and work effectively towards goals
- Interest in continuous learning and adapting to organizational needs
Responsibilities:
- System administration for one or more IT systems with many integrations
- System development, requirements specification, troubleshooting, planning, documentation, testing, and test management
- Participation and leadership in projects and procurements both related to system maintenance and operational projects
- Collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, and regional IT centers
- Handling urgent situations to ensure continuous IT environment functionality
- Ensuring user-friendly, reliable systems available 24/7
Required hard skills:
- System administration and maintenance
- IT system development basics (excluding programming)
- Testing and test management
- Planning and documentation
- Project and procurement participation or leadership
- Proficiency in Swedish language
