A senior engineering role focused on leading validation and testing activities for advanced automotive anti-collision sensor systems, ensuring high quality and compliance with industry standards.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in validation, testing, and QA of automotive sensors or embedded systems
- Proven leadership in managing test teams and coordinating verification activities
- Strong knowledge of sensor technology, sensor fusion, and perception systems in ADAS or autonomous vehicles
- Experience defining test criteria from system requirements and functional specs
- Proficient with HIL, SIL, and system-level testing environments
- Familiarity with automotive testing and verification standards
- Strong communication skills for reporting to stakeholders
- Basic Python scripting knowledge
- Experience with CI/CD toolchains like Jenkins and GitLab
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement comprehensive validation and test strategies for automotive anti-collision sensor systems
- Lead end-to-end verification including hardware, software, and system testing
- Ensure system performance meets automotive standards and customer expectations
- Analyze and report data on system robustness, reliability, and calibration
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying sensor performance issues and collaborating with engineering teams
- Serve as primary contact for customers on test and validation matters
- Mentor and guide the test team towards project goals
- Contribute to system quality assurance across product development lifecycle
