Join Orkla Foods Sweden as an IT Coordinator responsible for managing local IT systems and hardware in a production environment, supporting business and production systems such as ERP and MES, and driving improvements and development initiatives.
Main requirements:
- Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in system and network maintenance
- Strong knowledge of business and MES systems, preferably SAP and CPMS
- Experience with MES systems and IT support in production environments
- Fluent in Swedish and very good command of English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operation and maintenance of local IT systems and hardware
- Provide technical support to the production plant, especially for business and MES systems
- Lead improvement work and development of business and production systems
- Support the organization in system issues and train users as needed
- Assist with data analysis and development of tools for production economic and technical follow-up
- Participate in master planning activities focused on IT and digitalization
- Coordinate system changes, updates, and testing
- Drive and participate in central forums for knowledge sharing and benchmarking
