IT Coordinator

The position is located within the Social Administration, one of eight administrations in Linköping municipality, responsible for authority operations, ordering efforts, and in-house services in the areas of individual and family care, LSS, and social psychiatry. The role contributes to developing and managing IT support systems, collaborating with colleagues and driving business-related development to improve the quality of life for Linköping residents.
Main requirements:
  • Completed and approved upper secondary education
  • Experience working with processes and methods within digitalization
  • Good oral and written communication skills in Swedish
  • Ability to work independently and plan and prioritize work systematically
  • Responsibility-taking and user-friendly attitude
  • Pedagogical skills and ability to provide user training and support
Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming IT-related cases
  • Create and update manuals and instructions
  • Coordinate activities involving business processes and digitalization
  • Provide user support and hold training for users on specified IT tools and procedures
  • Ensure high quality of data used for governance and follow-up
  • Work closely with development leaders and management to develop and realize the sector's digitalization plan
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of sector's business processes
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with digitalization processes and methods
  • Good communication skills in Swedish (oral and written)
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with various IT systems, e.g. Treserva
  • Experience participating in IT system implementations
  • Experience working in the social sector, e.g. as business developer, case manager, therapist, or support educator
