Stockholm's Hägersten-Älvsjö district administration is seeking an IT Coordinator to provide IT and telephony service and support to the district's operations. The role involves coordinating with IT suppliers and central city administration, maintaining IT processes and routines, handling IT security tasks, supporting digital and telecommunications projects, and managing technical equipment and user support. Main requirements:
  • Completed post-secondary education relevant to the position or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant and current work experience in IT support
  • Current knowledge or experience in IT and cloud security
  • Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Provide service and operational support within IT and telephony for district operations and staff
  • Act as liaison between district, IT suppliers, and central municipal administration
  • Contribute to and maintain routines and processes for IT and telephony
  • Inform about planned IT disruptions and incidents
  • Train and inform employees on current procedures
  • Integrate IT and telephony in processes regarding premises and organizational changes
  • Participate in cross-departmental IT and cybersecurity work
  • Provide operational support on IT security issues and assist in IT system classification and procurement requirements
  • Implement and manage processes related to PM3 governance and collaboration model
  • Manage routine tasks such as admin of service cards, ensuring functionality of technical equipment in premises, and ordering IT hardware and software
  • Drive and participate in strategic IT and telephony projects to simplify and improve operational efficiency
  • Participate in digitalization projects within the district and in collaboration with other departments
Required hard skills:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience relevant to IT coordination
