An IT Architect/Tech Lead position at Riksbyggen to contribute strategically and technically to building future digital living environments. The role involves working with a knowledgeable team to ensure that digital solutions meet technical and business needs, primarily focusing on Microsoft Azure environments and architectural decision-making.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant university or college education, preferably in IT or computer science
  • Experience as an IT architect or in a similar role, preferably in real estate industry
  • Strong background as a system developer, preferably in Microsoft environment (.NET, Azure, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience working with complex IT environments and solution design with high demands on performance, security, and maintainability
  • Experience leading technical discussions and making well-founded decisions with various stakeholders
  • Ability to see the whole picture, identify synergies, and drive strategic initiatives forward
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the overall technical solution in change initiatives, especially focusing on integration and scalability
  • Ensure adherence to architecture principles and guidelines
  • Act as a sparring partner for development teams and contribute to long-term sustainable development strategies
  • Conduct architectural reviews and prepare decision documentation
  • Develop scenario descriptions and design service interfaces
  • Create traceability between business needs and technical solutions
Required hard skills:
  • Technical understanding of Microsoft Azure environment
  • System development in Microsoft stack (.NET, Azure, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with complex IT environments, solution architecture, performance, security, and maintainability
Recommended hard skills:
  • Azure and/or architecture certifications
  • Experience with SAFe or other agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of Cloud Adoption Framework or Azure Well-Architected Framework
Soft skills:
