Main requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in technical support or customer service
- Strong motivation and interest in developing within IT and working with large customers
- Fluent in both Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality support via phone, email, and chat to the end users of the client
- Deliver solutions to technical issues and inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems using remote control and automation tools
- Participate in improvement processes for incident, change, and problem management
