Main requirements:
  • Minimum one year experience in technical support or customer service
  • Strong motivation and interest in developing within IT and working with large customers
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality support via phone, email, and chat to the end users of the client
  • Deliver solutions to technical issues and inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems using remote control and automation tools
  • Participate in improvement processes for incident, change, and problem management
