This role involves managing the company’s entire IT environment and driving digitalization projects in a dynamic, growing technical environment.
Main requirements:
- Relevant IT education or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (server/client), Teams, Sharepoint, etc.
- Interest in IT and digital solutions and their role in business development
- High service orientation and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Procurement, installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, telephony, servers and other technical/IT equipment (hardware & software)
- Management and development of IT and digitalization systems based on business needs
- Handling support cases and security controls internally and with external parties such as group, suppliers, customers and consultants
- Lead projects to evaluate and implement new systems/equipment
- Assist in creating digital documents and instructions
