Join Svenska Spel as an experienced and strategic IAM architect to take full responsibility for identity and access management governance. Play a key role in developing and implementing IAM architecture and services in a modern, security-critical IT environment.
Main requirements:
  • Proven experience as an IAM architect in complex IT environments
  • Ability to think long-term and strategic while concretizing technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills to convey solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Structured and proactive work approach
  • Technical expertise combined with understanding of governance and processes
  • Experience designing sustainable IAM architectures
  • Relevant academic education or equivalent professional experience
  • Deep practical experience with IAM solution implementation and identity and access lifecycle management
  • Good understanding of trust frameworks in identity and access management (e.g., Sweden/EU)
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Svenska Spel's IAM landscape and related technical services both technically and organizationally
  • Lead the introduction of new IAM capabilities and lifecycle management for identities and access rights
  • Advise internal teams and business units on using IAM services
  • Collaborate with other architects and development teams in cross-functional initiatives
  • Ensure quality IAM integrations across organizational boundaries
  • Stay updated on IAM developments and apply relevant new knowledge to solutions
Required hard skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0
  • Strong understanding of PKI and CA/RA processes
  • Expertise in structuring and integrating user and access sources
  • Experience with IAM integrations on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with cloud platforms beyond AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Familiarity with advanced security and compliance standards
