As Information Security Coordinator at Telge Nät, you will be a key figure in our new security unit, supporting and developing information security efforts across Telge Nät and Telge Elnät in close cooperation with the municipality's CISO. This role involves driving and coordinating strategic and operational information security work, developing governance documents, supporting management, ensuring compliance with regulations like NIS2, Security Protection Act, and GDPR, incident handling, audits, and strengthening security culture through coordination and training. We are looking for someone with education and experience in security, preferably information security, who is independent, proactive, collaborative, socially confident, and comfortable in presentations and workshops. Swedish language skills, Office proficiency, and a driver's license are required. Security vetting will be conducted.
Main requirements:
  • Education in security, preferably information security
  • Documented experience in similar roles
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
  • Good collaboration skills and social confidence
  • Comfortable with presentations, workshops, and training
  • Proficient in Swedish language
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must have a B driver's license
  • Security vetting under Security Protection Act (2018:585)
Responsibilities:
  • Support, coordinate and develop information security work within Telge Nät and Telge Elnät
  • Collaborate closely with the municipality's CISO
  • Develop governance documents
  • Provide support to management
  • Follow up on routines and plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as NIS2, Security Protection Act and GDPR
  • Participate in the municipality's information security forum
  • Monitor status and handle incident reporting
  • Participate in audits
  • Strengthen security culture through coordination and education to raise internal competence
