The Substitute Preparedness Coordinator at the Swedish Agency for Digital Government (Digg) is responsible for coordinating security and preparedness efforts. They work to strengthen the agency's crisis and war preparedness by collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders, primarily other preparedness authorities within basic data supply. The role involves continuity management, personnel security, signals protection, civil defense, exercises, and other safety-related tasks.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in societal crisis management and preparedness
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish preparedness system
  • Experience coordinating with authorities and conducting exercises in civil defense and preparedness
  • Experience in public sector work
  • Experience with preparedness planning and continuity management
  • Good knowledge of Rakel communication system and radio cooperation
  • Good knowledge of signals protection
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the agency's continuity management
  • Collaborate with authorities within the basic data supply preparedness sector and other relevant agencies
  • Coordinate internal preparedness and security work with involved units and employees
  • Work with personnel security
  • Work with signals protection
  • Develop and update checklists, routines, and support documents
  • Respond to referrals
  • Conduct workshops and trainings
  • Participate in other tasks within the Security Unit
Required hard skills:
  • Knowledge of Swedish preparedness system
