Helpdesk Technician/Support Technician

Perido AB is seeking helpdesk technicians/support technicians at various experience levels for upcoming assignments with government agencies in Stockholm. The role involves troubleshooting, user support, and IT administration in a dynamic, developing environment. Both junior and senior candidates are welcome to apply.
Main requirements:
  • For junior: High school or equivalent education.
  • At least six months work experience in relevant profession (junior level).
  • For senior: University degree in IT or equivalent and at least one year relevant experience OR high school plus two years relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security.
  • Basic skills in MS Office or equivalent.
  • Experience with incident/issue management systems (e.g., Easit BPS, Artologik Helpdesk).
  • Fluent communication in Swedish (junior) and both Swedish and English (senior), verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure IT equipment functions correctly.
  • Provide service support via telephone, email, and chat regarding hardware and software issues.
  • Administer IT environments (user accounts, permissions, print queues).
  • Instruct users on program usage.
Required hard skills:
  • Knowledge of computers and peripheral equipment.
  • Understanding of operating systems and networks.
  • Experience with MS Office or equivalent.
  • Experience with issue/incident tracking systems (e.g., Easit BPS, Artologik Helpdesk).
  • Information security awareness.
Soft skills:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish (both junior and senior).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English (senior level).
  • Ability to instruct and support users effectively.
Natural languages:
