Bemannia AB offers consulting assignments for helpdesk technicians with at least six months of experience in public sector organizations within Västra Götaland, Sweden. As a consultant, you will be employed for specific assignments matching your interest, working full-time to provide IT support, administration, and user assistance.
Main requirements:
- At least six months of work experience as a helpdesk technician or support technician
- Completed secondary school education or equivalent
- Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security
- Basic skills in MS Office or equivalent software
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Easit GO or ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Ensure IT equipment is functioning properly
- Provide service support to users via phone, email, and chat regarding hardware and software issues
- Administer IT environments, including user accounts, access permissions, and print queues
- Instruct users on how to use various software programs
Required hard skills:
- Computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Ticketing systems like Easit GO or ServiceNow
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Microsoft Office or equivalent applications
Soft skills:
- Good communication skills in Swedish
- User instruction and support skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
Natural languages:
