As a consultant, you will be employed for specific assignments matching your interest, working full-time to provide IT support, administration, and user assistance.
Main requirements:
  • At least six months of work experience as a helpdesk technician or support technician
  • Completed secondary school education or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security
  • Basic skills in MS Office or equivalent software
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Easit GO or ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure IT equipment is functioning properly
  • Provide service support to users via phone, email, and chat regarding hardware and software issues
  • Administer IT environments, including user accounts, access permissions, and print queues
  • Instruct users on how to use various software programs
Required hard skills:
  • Computer hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Ticketing systems like Easit GO or ServiceNow
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Microsoft Office or equivalent applications
