Seeking 4 full-time Helpdesk employees starting in September to provide first-line IT support for users. Role involves troubleshooting, handling IT-related cases, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations for 7000 users.
Main requirements:
  • University degree in IT (e.g., Computer Engineering) or equivalent IT education with at least 1 year of relevant work experience OR secondary school or equivalent knowledge with 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of computers, peripheral equipment, operating systems, networking, communication and information security
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • Good experience with Windows 10, Windows Server, Office, Network, Active Directory, and Exchange
  • Knowledge of ITIL-based incident management systems (e.g., MS Service Manager, Service Now)
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Act as technical support for users
  • Receive incident reports and orders, troubleshoot issues and provide guidance via phone, email, and chat regarding hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with computers, printers, networks, and software
  • Serve as a contact between the user and IT department
  • Record IT tickets in incident management system
Required hard skills:
  • IT education or equivalent experience as specified
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange
  • Experience with ITIL-based incident management systems
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) knowledge
