IT Infrastructure Specialist

Seeking experienced IT partners with deep expertise in IT infrastructure for a long-term assignment. Responsible for operation, monitoring, and development of current environment and providing strategic support as needed.
Main requirements:
- Deep technical understanding and documented experience in at least one of the following areas: Network and security (Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco Wireless, Infoblox)
- Hardware and infrastructure (Physical servers, HPE SimpliVity, Access points)
- Digital work environments (Citrix, SharePoint, Exchange)
- Virtualization (VMware or equivalent technology, managing virtual servers)
- Backup and storage (Cohesity Backup)
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish.
Responsibilities:
- Operational monitoring of infrastructure and incident/problem management.
- Perform planned changes and lifecycle management of products and hardware alongside system administrators.
- Act as expert support for tactical and strategic infrastructure decisions.
- Work within ITSM system and established routines.
- Be available during office hours and participate in 24/7 on-call for critical incidents.
- Work mostly remotely but be physically present when required.
